The Kenya Police forces don’t just need betetr weapons combat tactics,? they need a different strategy in dealing w.cattle raiding n d north all together. The death of the 40 is d embarrassing blow hammering this truth into d public, but its only the last of many. Turkana have been massacred time n again, incl.recently n askaris of all forces standing by. To throw KDF against Turkana now will not solve anything. Locals n state structures have to be integrated to be efficient, not antagonised.
